The Scotland captain has been nominated for the ICC Women's Player of the Month award after a remarkable June that showcased everything she brings to her side. From guiding Scotland through a successful home series against Bangladesh to leading from the front on the ICC Women's T20 World Cup stage, Bryce once again proved why she has become one of the most complete all-rounders in the women's game. She is joined on the shortlist by India's Sree Charani and England's Danni Wyatt-Hodge.
For several years, Bryce has been the driving force behind Scotland's rise in international cricket. Calm under pressure, dependable in every phase of the game and capable of changing the course of a contest with bat or ball, she has developed into the player Scotland look towards when the biggest moments arrive.
Across seven T20 Internationals, Bryce amassed 178 runs at an impressive strike rate of 140.15 while also picking up 11 wickets at an economy of just 7.10. But numbers alone fail to capture her influence.
Scotland's historic victory over Ireland will be remembered as one of the defining moments of their campaign, and fittingly, it was their captain who led the charge. A composed half-century laid the platform before Bryce returned with the ball to claim three crucial wickets, earning the Player of the Match award and guiding Scotland to their first-ever Women's T20 World Cup victory.
Yet few players shaped the month quite like Kathryn Bryce. Whether building momentum before the World Cup or creating history once the tournament began, Scotland's captain delivered time and again.
